I offer individual mental health therapy to adults 18+ living in Washington state.

Stress, grief, trauma, and fear affect our mental health and other aspects of wellbeing. This can overwhelm us and feel impossible to get out from under. I am here to support and empower clients to take the steps they need to make their lives theirs again.

I’m devoted to meeting people where they are and supporting them to live fulfilling lives. With over fifteen years of experience in helping professions across two different countries, I’m adept at working with a wide variety of people and navigating unique challenges. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic approaches. I am dedicated to using personalized, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based care while I accompany clients on their journeys toward healing and growth.
I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, trans people seeking gender-affirming care, cis partners of trans people who are transitioning, women undergoing menopause, people living with chronic illnesses, those struggling with intimacy issues, and anyone moving through life changes.
